Other Notes: 3 of 3 in the series of "cup" sakes from Chiyomusubi Brewery. A rodent-like, goblin-human halfbreed, Nezumi is Kitaro's scheming friend, who, unlike Oyaji, hates to bathe and rarely does. This is a racy, almost spiritous style of sake (SMV +15.0). The nose is stony, with just a bit of fruitiness. Great for fatty and fried foods. Like potato chips!
