Drink now through 2011 Parker Review: The NV Brut La Francaise is a pretty, taut Champagne with lovely definition in its aromas and flavors. The wine offers good length and a crisp, refreshing finish. Taittinger-s entry-level NV Brut La Francaise is a reliable offering in its price point. Disgorged end of June 2008, (not indicated on label). Anticipated maturity 2009-2014. Tanzer Review: Fruity aromas of apple, orange blossom, toast and nuts. Fat, ripe and suave a medium-bodied, middle-of-the-road wine with a moderate dosage and a nice light touch. Finishes clean and persistent. An excellent non-vintage brut. Other Notes: Pale straw in color with a fine bead. As always, this is an elegant, distinctive and impeccably crisp Champagne. It is the epitome of stylish tightly focused, it gently unwraps itself into a graceful, immaculately clean finish thats lightly toasty and hints at coconut and vanilla wafer. | ||||
