Product Information: Winemaker's notes - This is real Sauvignon Blanc, crisp and clean; there are hints of melon, green grass, some fruit cocktail, and a clear minerality on the nose. Wine Spectator Review: Delivers mouthwatering acidity, gushing with lime juice, lemongrass, fresh thyme and green apple flavors. Very intense and focused, with a freshness and vibrancy. Tanzer Review: Pale gold. Suave citrus and floral scents are complicated by dusty mineral and spice qualities, with a note of pear adding depth. Juicy, finely etched Meyer lemon and orange pith flavors expand in the middle palate to offer sweeter pear and peach qualities. Avoids the grassiness and herbacity of most New World sauvignon the finish is tangy, energetic and very persistent. | ||||
