Jacques Lardière, winemaker and technical director for Maison Jadot calls 2007 "an incredible vintage from start to finish… While the wines appear to be built on their fruit, they're more complicated than that and while the minerality is already pronounced in many wines, I believe as the wines age the minerality will come out even more."

Producer notes: A full, firm and rich wine. It is fine, with a slightly earthy bouquet and long, lush finish, converge in a wine which perfectly balances elegance and power. It works harmoniously with delicate meat dishes as well as most cheeses.
