Parker Review: The 2005 Lessona s a high-toned floral red laced with delicate berries, flowers and wild herbs framed by firm, yet well-balanced tannins. Here, too, the wines textural poise is superb. Sweet scents of tobacco, minerals and herbs linger on the finish. Tanzer Review: (a blend of roughly 85% nebbiolo and 15% vespolina) Bright red with a light brick rim. Spicy aromas of ripe red berries and minty herbs, along with a hint of graphite. The palate offers excellent concentration, flesh and volume to the sappy red fruit flavors.
