Wine Spectator Review: Fresh and pretty on the nose, with strawberry and raspberry aromas. Full-bodied, with very silky tannins and fresh, clean fruit. Reserved and precise. Best after 2010. Parker Review: Veglios 2005 Barolo Arborina is intensely fragrant in its red berries, flowers and spices. This medium-bodied, feminine Barolo reveals outstanding length, with high tone aromatics that reappear on the finish. Like all of the Veglio Barolos in 2005, this is a relatively smaller-scaled style. Anticipated maturity 2009-2020. | ||||
