Product Information: Three Little Pigs, or Les Trois Petits Cochons, started making French Pate, Mousse, and Terrine out of a small shop in Greenwich Village in 1975. They quickly became famous around the New York area for the quality of their goods. Thirty-five years later they find themselves in Pennsylvania still making their famous products. Using only all natural ingredients, this smooth and creamy mousse perfectly exhibits a wonderful blend of duck liver, pork and port wine. Deliciously rich and tasty this mousse is a great treat on any cheese plate! Try the Mousse de Foie de Canard Porto with a crusty baguette and some Parisian Brie.
