Product Information: Winemaker's notes - Aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle yield to vibrant tropical fruit falvors, which are balanced by crisp mineral notes. Medium bodied, this wine is fruit focused, with a nice acidity and good mouthfeel. Because this wine does not go through malolactic fermentation it preserves its bright acidity and vibrant fruit flavors. Other Notes: This enormously rich Chardonnay was grown in the winerys dramatic mountain vineyard. Its powerful in concentrated pineapple jam and lemon fruit, while winemaker interventions add creamy notes of vanilla, honey and buttered toast.
