Product Information: Believed to be the oldest producer of tortellini in Italy, Luigi Bertagni opened his pasta shop in Bologna in 1882. He won a bronze medal at the Paris World’s Fair in 1889 during the inauguration of the Eiffel Tower, and also won a gold medal at the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis. Today his name and the quality of his pastas are carried on by the Bertagni Company. The stuffed ravioli and tortellini are made with fresh ingredients and use no artificial flavorings or colorings.
