Made by Manuel Bronson's Family -- one of Wally's own employees -- in Napa, California, and available in Los Angeles for the first time ever. The olives for this third vintage are all Italian varietals and were hand picked from 100 trees then cold pressed to preserve flavor and color. Although not certified organic, the Bronson's use no chemicals and only organic fertilizers in order to deliver the purest flavors. It is dark green in color and spicy in taste with a peppery finish, making this oil great for finishing your favorite salads, pastas, and white bean recipes. We have limited amounts of this olive oil and Wally’s Cheese Box is the only store in Southern California to carry this oil.
