Product Information: Winemaker's notes - this wine exhibits a granite red colour, with orange reflections. The scent remains fresh and fruity, with subtle hints of wood and a touch of liquorice and cocoa. The taste is full and velvety, with light tannins that clean the mouth, but not overly aggressive thanks to the brief soaking with the skins. The considerably long and elegant aftertaste pleasingly reminds you of the olfactory sensations found in the aromas. This wine goes well with main courses of red meat and mild medium hard cheese.
