The 2009 vintage was outstanding in Rias Baixas so the 2009 Martin Codax Albarino has a bit more depth and concentration than has been the standard recently. It was aged sur lie for 4 months and displays a pleasant nose of spring flowers and lemon zest. Crisp on the palate with good balance and moderate length, it will drink nicely for another 1-2 years.
