Product Information: This pasteurized white cheddar is made by Tony and Julie Hook and as the name suggests, is aged for four years. The Hook’s have been making cheese in Wisconsin since 1970 and have come to be recognized as pioneers for American cheeses. With a smooth, sharp, and full flavor, this cheddar is pleasing and easy.
