Wine Spectator Review:
A rich rosi Champagne, displaying lots of toast and brioche to accent the flavors of black cherry, plum, roasted nuts and spice. This is elegant and balanced, despite its richness, with a refined texture and a fresh, smoke-tinged finish. Drink now through 2020.

Parker Review:
Taittingers 2004 Brut Rose Comtes de Champagne is a delicate, perfumed wine. In 2004, the Rose shows quite a bit of Chardonnay character in its precise, chiseled fruit and long, minerally finish. After several hours the wine continued to dazzle with its crystalline purity and fabulous balance. This is a jewel of a wine from Taittinger.

Tanzer Review:
Bright pink. More closed than the bottle I tried last year, reluctantly offering up spicy redcurrant, blood orange and mineral aromas, with subtle floral and gingerbread qualities coming up with aeration. Shows a darker fruit character in the rather weighty middle palate, with raspberry and bitter cherry flavors joined by a late note of cinnamon. A dusty mineral note carries through the very long, nervy, impressively focused finish.
