Wally’s has arranged a rare opportunity for you to enjoy the company, commentary and wines of Jean-Guillaume Prats, whose dynamic leadership has successfully elevated Chateau Cos d’Estournel to be the equal of Bordeaux’s most celebrated and sought-after wines. Jean-Guillaume has personally selected the wines for this dinner, all of which come directly from the Chateau. The Peninsula Hotel’s Executive Chef James Overbaugh will be presenting an exquisite multi-course menu to match with these select vintages.
