Wine Spectator Review:
Mineral and currant, with fresh herbs on the nose. Full-bodied, with supersilky tannins and a pretty balance of wood. A little tight, as it should be, but shows potential already. Score range 89-92.

Other Notes:
The nose on the Labegorce 2009 is very precise with sprightly black fruits, crushed stone and a touch of cassis. Nicely composed and surfeit with freshness. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, very pure and silky towards the harmonious finish. This is very fine and showing better than in barrel. Excellent Margaux from this estate.
