Product Information: A pasteurized triple cream cow’s milk cheese made in the Ile-de-France region by the Rouzaire Company. This creamy, delicious cheese originated from an experiment by Robert Rouzaire and his friend Pierre. They began to tire of the Brillat-Savarin they were making and selling and decided to age the triple cream cheese longer in their caves. This enabled the cheese to develop even more flavor and become creamier in texture than the original. They then named the creation after themselves.
