Over 50 Grande Marque Champagnes will be poured – including Dom Perignon and Cristal – along with signature dishes from nearly 20 of the Los Angeles area’s leading restaurants. Santa Monica’s Ocean Avenue Seafood will return with its famous non-stop Oyster Bar. Also scheduled to attend: Drago, Michael’s, Melisse, Chez Melange, Brentwood, Brass. Cap., Yamashiro, I Cugini, Sona, Grace, Wilshire, The Grill On The Alley, Il Grano and Cezanne at Le Merigot, with desserts by The Cheesecake Factory and chocolates provided by Tuscany’s world-famous Amedei. Petrossian Caviar will supply the ultimate wine and food combination.
