"A white blend can be a variety of blends. Usually, however, it is in reference to Rhone style white blends in which Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne are blended into a final wine that takes the best of each of these grapes in a particular quantity. Usually a very medium to full-bodied wine, they are quite powerful. Hints of flowers, violets, oak, and a deep viscosity that coats your tongue. They usually are quite the mouth full! " |
