  • Supervisor

    Supervisors are critical to ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service from our staff. As a member of this team, you communicate efficiently and effectively with employees in person and via email to assist them in providing outstanding service and keep staff members on task. A team player at heart, you work directly with wine specialists and department managers on ensuring procedures are followed and assist in developing strategies to consistently make improvements to customer service and employee issues and requests. You are a well-rounded individual who thrives in a fast paced, demanding environment with the willingness to address the day-to-day issues and requests while communicating your input on the bigger picture solutions.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage sales staff
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via email, and over the phone
  • Training and motivation of sales staff
  • Sales and order processing
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures
  • Cash handling of registers, deposits, safe funds, petty cash
  • Communicate and work closely with Sales Staff Manager
  • Sales floor maintenance including stocking and merchandising
  • Staff in-store and off-site tastings and events
  • Assist in store physical inventories
  • Interact closely with other departments

  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years retail wine experience preferred

  • Wine Specialist

    Wine Specialists are essential to providing our exceptional customer service to all clients. As a member of the sales team, you will greet and assist clients on the retail sales floor and over the phone, establish build and maintain client relationships and continue to be educated on wine industry trends. You are a well-rounded positive individual with excellent communication skills and wine and spirits knowledge who thrives in a fast paced, demanding environment with the ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales goals. You are extremely passionate about wine, spirits and specialty food and are excited to share your knowledge with clients and team-members alike.

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years retail wine experience preferred
  • Strong background in sales

  • Cashier

    Cashiers are the first and last point of contact for clients coming into our brick and mortar locations and are critical to ensuring our clients have a positive lasting impression of our company. As a member of this team, you provide outstanding customer service to all clients in store and in routing phone calls. A team player at heart, you work with wine specialists and department managers and assist in maintaining the sales floor by stocking, merchandising and making price adjustments on the sales floor. You are a well-rounded individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast paced environment with an opportunity for growth.

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years retail experience, preferably in a wine or spirits environment
  • Desire to learn about wine, spirits, beer, and gourmet foods
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Receiving Clerk

    You have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving, or delivery coupled with a commitment to great customer service! You demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful receiving of vendor orders.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives, verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments.
  • Compares identifying information and counts of incoming shipments to verify information against    corresponding records.
  • Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages.
  • Corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
  • Routes item to appropriate department.
  • Enter receivers into current ERP system.
  • Operate forklift trucks to move, convey, or hoist shipments.
  • Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Able to stand all day
  • Be team-oriented and have a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Be speedy and work quickly
  • Have 1-2 years of recent warehouse experience
  • High school Diploma and 3-5 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of    education and experience.
  • Must have strong oral/written communication skills and experience operating a forklift.


  • Picker

    You have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving, or delivery coupled with a commitment to great customer service! You demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful picking of customer orders.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders within the warehouse
  • General warehouse duties and performing basic math functions
  • Stock product onto shelves and use scan guns to log product
  • Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Able to stand all day
  • Be team-oriented and have a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Be speedy and work quickly
  • Have 1-2 years of recent warehouse experience


  • Dispatcher

    You have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving, or delivery coupled with a commitment to great customer service! You demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders. You have a strong ability to negotiate, analyze problems, and understand and translate the company’s goals into appropriate actions and procedures.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Assignment of resources to service the customer needs
  • Handle shipments in the most economical manner while abiding by all company policies
  • Schedule drivers to different shifts as needed
  • Coordinates equipment repairs, and maintenance
  • Effectively communicate with dispatchers at other locations


  • Marketing Manager

    As a marketing manager you are essential to ensuring that our marketing efforts have the largest reach through our online and print campaigns. You have experience with SEO, pay per click advertising, email marketing and traditional print advertising. You are a well-rounded positive individual with excellent communication skills thrives in a fast paced, demanding environment with the ability to consistently meet or exceed goals. You are interested in learning more about wine, spirits and specialty food and are excited to share your knowledge with clients and team-members alike.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • We also seek an individual which can lead our team in our Email Marketing Strategy
  • Manages and develops email promotional programs.
  • To excel at this work, a fanatical attention to detail is required.
  • Demonstrated analytical experience, including a solid working knowledge of Excel.
  • Understanding of database administration and low level SQL queries and constructs a plus but not    required.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and ecommerce.
