We are located at 2107 Westwood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025. Our store hours are as following: Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am until 7:30 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Holiday Season December 5th through December 24th: M-F 9am - 9pm, Sunday 9am - 8pm.

How to Order

Ordering online from Wally's is easy! We offer three ways to find the products you want:

1. Search using a brand name (e.g. Duckhorn, Bacardi) or the variety (e.g. cabernet).
2. Search by using a SKU or product number.
3. Search using our Advanced Search page.

Each time you click “Add to Cart” on individual item pages, the product will be added to your personal shopping cart. Scroll down and click “Return to Shopping” if you wish to continue searching for other items.

Once you’ve finished shopping, return to your shopping cart (click “View Cart”) and review your order.

Click "Click Here to Checkout". If you do not have an account, you will need to register. Complete the Billing and Shipping Information. Information that is in bold type is required. At the bottom of the screen select the "Create Account and Checkout" button.

Select the ship method for your package. See Shipping Information for details. Click "Proceed to Payment".

In the “Payment Information” screen, add you credit card information. Click "Continue to Checkout". Click “Submit Order”.

Please print this page for your records. You will receive an “Order Request Confirmation” by email. Please verify that you receive this email, and if not you may need to review your spam settings. Allow 1-3 business days for order requests to be processed. You can check here to see your order status.


Credit Card & ID verification
Due to fraudulent attempts to purchase luxury goods from our site, we may require additional verification when using a credit card on particular orders. This may require the credit card holder to fax Wally's a photocopy of both the credit card and id of the billing party. We apologize for the inconvenience.


General Shipping Information
Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges vary by destination, type of items being shipping, and total number of items being shipped. This information is normally available before the completion of the checkout process. If the shipping charge quoted is $0.00 or T.B.D., a customer service representative will contact you to discuss shipping options and prices.


Shipping Glassware:
Ground: Will be charged the 3-BTL price per box (Box of 1-6, Box of 1-4, Decanter, etc. depending on glass type).
Air: Will be charge the 6-BTL price per box (Box of 1-6, Box of 1-4, Decanter, etc. depending on glass type).


Shipping Cigars:
Actual shipping charges will be recalculated after order has been verified. Often shipping charges will be less than quoted on order confirmation.


Shipping Specialty Food Items:
The shipping of perishable items will be handled similar to our wine shipments. We will contact you if weather or time issues are a concern. Charges for shipping will be recalculated to account for smaller items after we have received your order. Often shipping charges will be less that quoted on order confirmation.


Shipping Insurance:
As an option you can choose to purchase shipping insurance. Insurance is calculated at 1% of the pre-tax value. This is optional and protected by Wally's Wine & Spirits against loss or damage. Wally’s Wine & Spirits will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during extreme weather; this is not covered by insurance.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 90 days (25% on baskets). After 90 days, returns accepted Wally’s discretion only. Please contact Wally’s Customer Service (customerservice@wallywine.com or 888-9-WALLYS) before returning product. Freight charges are non-refundable. All futures sales are final.

Damaged/faulty product: If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery. If you have accepted delivery of your order, please contact Wally’s Customer Service (customerservice@wallywine.com or 888-9-WALLYS) before returning product. We will assist you to make returns and exchanges as stress free as possible. Normally, we will have a shipping company pick up the product, and upon receipt of the return Wally’s will ship out a replacement or issue a credit.

Internet orders take approximately 1-3 business days for processing plus shipping/delivery time. If you need same day or expedited service, please call us at 888-9-WALLYS.


If I order "Local Delivery" will my order arrive today?
Internet orders take approximately 1-3 business days for processing plus shipping/delivery time. While we do our best process Local Delivery orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee same day delivery for internet orders. If you require same day or expedited service, please call us at 888-9-WALLYS.


If I order "Will Call" can I pick my order up the same day?
Internet orders take approximately 1-3 business days for processing. If you require same day or expedited service, please call us at 888-9-WALLYS.


If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Internet orders take approximately 1-3 business days for processing plus shipping/delivery time. Selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. If you require same day or expedited service, please call us at 888-9-WALLYS.


How long does Ground Service take?
Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), orders shipped via ground service to the east coast take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Midwest and Southwest shipments take 3-5 business days, and West coast orders take 2-3 days once shipped.


 

Extreme Weather Shipping
Safe delivery of your order is of great importance to Wally’s. During periods of extreme heat or cold, Wally’s may delay at its discretion shipment of a package to prevent heat damage or freezing. Orders placed between Wednesday and Friday using Ground, 3-Day or 2-Day service may be held until the following Monday to prevent your package from waiting in the shipper’s warehouse. Please look for emails from us during such periods.


Oversized and Heavy Orders
Oversized and heavy orders may require additional shipping charges, especially when shipping second- or one-day air. You will not be quoted for shipping at the time of order placement, but we will contact you with a shipping quote once we have calculated the most economical method for your order.


International shipping rates
When placing an international order, you will not be quoted for shipping at the time of order request placement. We will contact you with a shipping quote once we have received your order request.

All International Orders are sent using a 3rd party carrier which provides customs processing and overseas shipping. These are some rough estimates of some international shipping charges:

* Cases shipped to Japan are shipped in two (2) boxes of six (6) bottles each at a rate of $175 per box of six (6) ** Note that we do not ship to Canada.

These shipping rates are estimates only and do not include taxes and/or tariffs that may be levied by the receiver’s government during customs. These taxes and/or tariffs, if any, are the financial responsibility of the person placing the order. International orders may take up to 14 days to clear customs.


Shipping to APO, FPO and PO Boxes
Currently we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

Taxes:
Wallys does not charge tax on orders shipping to destinations outside the state of California. We must charge tax on merchandise and shipping costs, however, on orders shipping to addresses in California, even if the billing address is in another state. Other taxes for products such as tobacco may also apply.

Futures:
 

Delivery
Please be advised that most states have enacted laws to regulate the shipment into the state of wine and other alcoholic beverages purchased in another state. Some statutes make such shipments a crime unless a permit or license is obtained. Many such laws, however, have various exceptions for wine purchased for personal consumption. Since these laws may affect your purchase from Wally’s Wines and Spirits (Wally’s), we urge you to investigate your state's law on this subject before shipping or arranging to ship any wine purchased in California from Wally’s. Buyers, and not Wally’s, are the owners and shippers of all wine purchased in California from Wally’s.
Accordingly, if buyers wish to arrange delivery of their wines after purchase, they are responsible and bear all risks thereafter, including selecting a carrier and providing delivery instructions. All sales are made in California and payment in full is due Wally’s upon confirmation of orders.
Wally’s is unable to assume any responsibility for assuring compliance with applicable laws, obtaining licenses or otherwise advising its valued customers on shipment laws.
All wine is sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation relative to your right to import wines into your state or county. The customer, by placing an order, warrants to us that he/she is aware of and in compliance with the laws governing said shipment into his/her area.
You must be 21 years old or older to purchase wines from Wally’s.

 

Cancellation - Futures purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable

Payment and Pick-up Payment in full must accompany order.

Many wines are available in limited quantities, and prices are subject to change on a daily basis.

Wally’s reserve the right to limit quantities.

All orders are subject to final confirmation

The customer is responsible for any and all additional taxes, should they be levied, between the date of sale and delivery

At the time you place your order, we may provide an estimated date that we expect the wines to arrive at our warehouse. This date is provided for estimate purposes only - it is not a promise or guarantee of delivery time. We make our best efforts to have your wine arrive according these estimates but that is not guaranteed. Delayed arrival of these wines is not a valid reason to cancel an order. We will notify you once your wines have arrived in our warehouse.

We make absolutely no representation or warranty as to when the wine shall become available. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, which may be impacted by factors beyond our control.

Wines must be picked up or delivered within one year after their arrival.

In the event of loss or damage to your wines prior to the delivery of such wines to you, Wally’s will refund the purchase price paid by you for such wines. You agree that the absolute limit of Wally’s liability to you for any such lost or damaged wines will not exceed the purchase price paid.

Wines may be sold only to persons at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you are warranting to us that you are 21 years of age. Any order placed by someone under 21 constitutes fraud.

WTP = Wally's Tasting Panel scores are designed to let you know more precisely how the Wally's staff has judged the quality of a wine. Owner Steve Wallace, buyers Christian Navarro (International) and Gary Fishman (Domestic) anchor the panel and have judged professional wine competitions, and are joined by a number of Wally's seasoned and knowledgeable sales staff. This scoring system allows you to receive our impressions of a wine in a 'snapshot' manner and is especially useful for wines the major publications have not reviewed. Questions concerning the WTP or its scores are welcome.


Scores:
95-100 Classic: a great wine
90-94 Outstanding: superior character and style
85-89 Very good: wine with special qualities
80-84 Good: a solid, well-made wine
70-79 Average; drinkable wine that may have minor flaws
60-69 Below average; drinkable but not recommended
50-59 Poor; undrinkable, not recommended
