Jul 5, 2017I am pleased to announce the return of the extremely popular Margerum LIBERTINE Sauvignon Blanc. For the past several years, Wally’s has worked in tandem with Santa Barbara wine veteran Doug Margerum to custom-make a delicious and approachable Sauvignon Blanc we can proudly call our own. We source the grapes from the best vineyards in Happy Canyon, which are then fermented in stainless steel tanks. A small portion is then aged in French Oak barrels to add a touch of complexity and a delicate balance to the wine. Pop open a bottle and you’re immediately greeted with bursts of bright citrus and tropical aromatics, a fresh and racy mid-palate, and a soft, clean finish. A warm summer day and a cool glass of LIBERTINE were made for one another.
