The 2020 Grand Village is a blend of 21% Cabernet Franc and 79% Merlot, matured in 30% new oak. It has a well-defined bouquet of pure black cherries, cassis, iris flower and touches of crushed stone, all very sophisticated. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins and fine backbone and salinity. Tightly wound with touches of brine toward the vivid finish.
