2018 Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Ferrington Vineyard

Wally's Price: $100

Lithe and elegant, this alluring wine exudes harmonious spice and sweet-sour cherry aromas followed by lip-smacking red- and black-cherry flavors that are in turn shaded by nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Although it is spicy, the oak notes don't take over, as they merge elegantly with the complex fruit expressions on the firm structure. Best from 2023. - Wine Enthusiast

2018 Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Estate Vineyard

Wally's Price: $165

The 2018 Pinot Noir Estate Vineyard comes from vines planted in 2002. It has a medium ruby-purple color and aromas of crushed blackberries, red cherries, cinnamon, dried tobacco leaves and charcuterie. The palate is medium-bodied with dark fruits, a firmer, grainy frame and a mineral streak, finishing long and still a tad youthfully closed. 629 cases were made. -Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate
