Balvenie 15yr Sherry Single Barrel

Wally's price: $150

The 15 Year Old Single Barrel Sherry Cask is a wonderful sight from Balvenie - single malt Scotch whisky fully matured in Sherry casks. These are released in batches of no larger than 800 bottles from a single cask, each one being hand numbered.

Hendricks Midsummer Solstice Gin

Wally's price: $50

Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice has been inspired by the “mysterious and ephemeral delights” of floral blooms during the summer solstice.The new bottling is said to be true to the Hendrick’s original house style, but is infused with floral essences and flavours that capture the “aromatic intensity of a midsummer day”.

This is a limited release that is sure to dry up soon.

Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond is the second release in the Old Forester Whiskey Row Series, and has been crafted to honor a seminal moment in bourbon history the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This 100 proof expression was specially crafted to honor the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.

Mount Gay Extra Old Rum

Wally's price: $45

Mount Gay Extra Old (often written "OX") is a blend of rums aged between 8 and 15 years in American bourbon barrels. Mount Gay Distilleries is the oldest operating distillery in the Americas - producing rum in Barbados since 1703. This rum is a perfect balance of sweet and savory nicely suited for a neat pour or a high end cocktail.

Paquera Espadin Mezcal

Wally's price: $40

Paquera Espadin is made with cultivated agave Espadin in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it’s use in cocktails but it’s also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still. Definitely one of the true steals in the mezcal market today.
