Ryan January, Wally’s Spirits Extraordinaire, has selected the best bottles to keep everyone sane and buzzed during this time! From the perfect gin to make at-home martinis and Negronis to the hottest new anejo on the block, these are all necessary additions for your bar.

Check out his favorites below!

Four Pillars Dry Rare Gin

Four Pillars Dry Rare Gin

Wally's price: $40

In the heart of the Yarra Valley (wine country) comes this Australian beauty of a gin. Bottled at 43.8% ABV this spirit is beautifully balanced with a freshness that keeps you coming back for more. A perfect choice for a homemade Negroni or the classic Martini

Glendronach 15yr Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Glendronach 15yr Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Wally's price: $80

The Macallan killer!! All of the big rich sherry notes of Macallan at half the price. This whisky keeps selling out as quickly as we get it. Wally's just secured a good amount so that we can offer this exceptional whisky at a time where we all could use a dram.

The Bad Stuff Extra Anejo Tequila

Wally's price: $250

With no expense spared Bad Stuff has rolled onto the scene with a stunning delicious and rich extra anejo. This tequila exhibits all the bells and whistles of a classic extra anejo; caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, giving way to a bright agave note that leaves the palate wanting more.

Basil Hayden Dark Rye

Wally's price: $50

Is a rye supposed to be this dark? Well if your Jim Beam, you have tons of whisky and like to play around a bit. Not one for tricks or any new whisky innovations I was hesitant. This dark rye contains a small percentage of Port wine. Surprisingly just that drop or two of port gives this whisky a crowd pleasing flavor that cannot be beat.
