2016 Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs

Wally's price: $35.00

Festive and versatile, Champagne and sparkling wine are one of the best picks for the Thanksgiving table. Schramsberg has long been my favorite producer of domestic sparkling wines and this elegant Blanc de Blancs outshines many Brut non-vintage Champagnes at a very fair price. A classic American bottle of bubbly for a classic American holiday. -Geoff Pattison, Wally's VP of Purchasing

2017 Coudoulet de Beaucastel Cotes du Rhone

Wally's price: $29.00

91 Points - Jeb Dunnuck

The 2017 Côtes Du Rhône Coudoulet De Beaucastel is a textbook example of this cuvée, and while it tends to be a relatively expensive Côtes Du Rhône, it merits the price. Complex garrigue, ground pepper, and earthy dark fruits all flow to a medium to full-bodied wine that has a polished, elegant texture as well as the sunny, Provençal style of the vintage. It’s capable of lasting for 15 years or more. 91 points. -Jeb Dunnuck

2016 Sinegal Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Napa Valley

Wally's price: $100.00

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is made up of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 3% Malbec. It has a deep garnet-purple color and intense redcurrants, black raspberries, cassis, warm plums and kirsch with hints of violets, tobacco, forest floor and wild sage. The palate is full, firm, grainy and concentrated, finishing long and perfumed. 95 points. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Advocate

2016 Zind Humbrecht Zind White Blend

Wally's price: $35.00

Alsatian wines are a fantastic pairing for turkey and many of the fall flavors on the Thanksgiving table. Zind Humbrecht is unquestionably one of the greatest producers in Alsace. This refreshing blend of Chardonnay and Auxerrois from limestone rich soils will play well with just about everything on your plate. -Geoff Pattison, Wally's VP of Purchasing

2016 Martinelli Zinfandel Giuseppe & Luisa

Wally's price: $60.00

95 Points - AG, Vinous

The 2016 Zinfandel Giuseppe & Luisa screams with personality. Bright, red-toned fruit, floral overtones and hints of tobacco all flesh out in the glass, but it is the wine's textural richness and silkiness that elevate the 2016 into the realm of the truly compelling. Racy and super-varietal, the Giuseppe & Luisa is simply a great expression of Russian River Zinfandel. The Giuseppe & Luisa emerges from a parcel planted by Lee Martinelli Sr. with cuttings taken from the original Jackass Hill vineyard his grandparents planted in 1899. -Antonio Galloni, Vinous

2017 Donnhoff Riesling Norheimer Kirschheck Spatlese

Wally's price: $53.00

The exotic character of German Riesling along with a touch of sweetness and powerful acidity makes this a great pick to pair with everything from turkey to cranberry sauce. Donnhoff is one of the finest and most consistent producers in Germany, I always reach for their wines around this time of year. – Geoff Pattison

2017 Failla Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

Wally's price: $35.00

Pinot Noir might be the most versatile red on earth when it comes to food pairings. This Sonoma Coast AVA bottling from Failla is one of the absolute best values in Pinot Noir currently on the market. With great pedigree and nice ripeness married to a perfectly balanced palate, this is truly great Pinot Noir that will outperform many $50 bottles. A savvy pick. -Geoff Pattison, Wally's VP of Purchasing

2018 Jean Louis Dutraive Brouilly Vieilles Vignes

Wally's price: $45.00

Beaujolais became a well-known Thanksgiving pairing due to the Beaujolais Nouveau craze in the 1970s. Luckily, these days there are a lot of great Cru Beaujolais that make Nouveau a distant memory. Jean Louis Dutraive is one of the brightest stars of Beaujolais new wave of artisanal producers and this sought-after old vine Brouilly is bursting with delicious primary red fruit and deep minerality. -Geoff Pattison, Wally's VP of Purchasing
