A round, generous style, offering peach, candied lemon and honey flavors on a creamy texture. Its mousse is refined, and this turns drier on the long finish. Drink now through 2011
The NV Brut La Francaise is a pretty, taut Champagne with lovely definition in its aromas and flavors. The wine offers good length and a crisp, refreshing finish. Taittinger-s entry-level NV Brut La Francaise is a reliable offering in its price point. Disgorged end of June 2008, (not indicated on label). Anticipated maturity 2009-2014.
Fruity aromas of apple, orange blossom, toast and nuts. Fat, ripe and suave a medium-bodied, middle-of-the-road wine with a moderate dosage and a nice light touch. Finishes clean and persistent. An excellent non-vintage brut.
