The 2006 Chablis 1er Cru Les Lys is showing beautifully, offering up inviting aromas of pear, honeycomb, mandarin oil, warm bread and oyster shell. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with an enveloping core of fruit, racy acids and a long, saline finish, it's fleshy but controlled, with more texture than the Cote de Lechet and more structure than the Vaillons. -William Kelley, Wine Advocate
