CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Beat in 2 large eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the butter mixture. Once combined, fold in 2 cups of chocolate chips. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, ensuring there's ample space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Once baked, allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy your freshly baked chocolate chip cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!
DISPUTES: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Wallywine.com Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Wallywine.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
APPLICABLE LAW: By using any Wallywine.com Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Wallywine.com.
