Wally's Tequila and Mezcal Festival at Resorts World Las Vegas 

Frequently Asked Questions 

 

1. What does a $100 ticket include? 

Basic ticket holders receive:  

  • Entry to the event from 6pm-9pm  

  • Tequila and Mezcal tasting from all vendors represented on the main floor of the event 

  • Access to all food offered on the main floor of the event  

 

2. What does a VIP ticket include? 

In addition to the benefits of basic ticket holders, VIP guests receive:  

  • Early entry at 5pm (event ends at 9pm) 

  • Access to exclusive VIP Terrace, where brands will be pouring rare, premium bottlings not available in the main tasting room  

  • Passed appetizers in the VIP Terrace  

 

3. Where is the event located? Is it outside?  

This event is located at Resorts World Las Vegas, the newest and most exciting addition to the Strip, situated at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, conveniently located across from the Las Vegas Convention Center and adjacent to the Fashion Show Mall. The event will take place on the stunning Rose Rooftop, an indoor/outdoor event space with a breathtaking view of Las Vegas. There will be brands located inside the enclosed portion of the space, in addition to brands located on the outside terrace overlooking the city. VIP ticket holders have access to the separate Rose Terrace, where brands will be offering premium pours.  

 

4. How long is the event?  

The main event is from 6pm-9pm, with VIP Early Access starting at 5pm.  

 

5. What time should I get there?  

Plan to arrive by 6pm so you can take advantage of all the incredible pours available.  

 

6. Where should I park?  

We suggest taking a taxi or a ride-share to the event, but for any designated drivers Resorts World Las Vegas offers self-parking complimentary to guests. Valet parking is offered for a flat fee of $25 per day. 

 

7. Are you allowed to leave and come back?  

Yes, guests may exit the event but must present a ticket and handstamp to return.  

 

8. Is food included? How much food is there? 

Yes, access to all main room food and drinks are included with a basic ticket purchase. VIP ticket holders have additional access to premium pours and passed appetizers on the Rose Terrace.  

 

9. Should I eat before the event?  

While there will be a variety of Mexican-inspired small bites available at the event, we recommend having a light meal or snack before attending so you’re not tasting on an empty stomach and can fully enjoy the experience.  

 

10. What should I bring to the event? Is anything not allowed?  

Please feel free to bring a small personal bag, but larger bags or backpacks will not be permitted. In addition, outside food and beverages will not be allowed in the event.  

 

11. Is rooftop access included? 

Yes, the main event space features an indoor area as well as an outdoor terrace overlooking the Vegas Strip. 

 

12. How many pours/tastings will I get? 

Guests can receive half-ounce tasting pours from all brands present in the main tasting room, and VIP guests will have additional access to premium pours in the VIP Terrace.  

 

13. What are the Covid-19 safety protocols?  

This event will follow all health and wellness standards put in place by Resorts World Las Vegas, including using industrial cleaning brands, advanced air cleaning system, and Hilton EventReady, a proprietary, curated system to ensure all guests have a safe, seamless event experience.
