The 2015 Oublie is a blend of 38% Mourvedre, 30% Grenache, 23% Syrah and the rest Counoise. It's a complex, sexy effort that offers lots of pepper, kirsch, herbes de Provence and spice in a full-bodied, sweetly fruited, incredibly charming package. Drink it while you wait on the other cuvees to come around.
