The 2019 Les Champs Libres, which is pure Sauvignon Blanc, has a delightful bouquet of lemon sherbet, honeysuckle, orange blossom and beeswax. The palate is beautifully balanced with a saline entry and orange zest and pear flavors, building in intensity, and leading to a vibrant, harmonious, almost Aligote-like finish. This is an absolutely delicious, quite thought-provoking Les Champs Libres from the Guinaudeaus. -Neal Martin, Vinous
