    Chef David Féau

    Chef David Féau grew up in the kitchen cooking with his mother in France. His father farmed throughout the year, which enabled David to be constantly surrounded by fresh produce. He picked and prepared his own vegetables throughout his childhood, and it gave him a sense of purpose and excitement to be able to till the land and create something nourishing to set on the table each night. Today, Chef Féau’s inspiration comes from each day's fresh produce and the endless possibilities of what he can create.

    Matthew Turner’s impressive accolades includes The French Laundry, Wine Director for The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay and working with Rajat Parr and Micheal Mina. This impressive resume led him to Christian Navarro and Wally's as the Wine Director.

    Cheese Specialist Jenny Knotts

    Jenny is the Director of Cheese and Specialty Foods and has worked at Wally’s for eleven years. Within her first five years, Jenny transformed the cheese section in the main store into the Cheese Box and in 2014 opened a second shop at Wally’s Beverly Hills. She now oversees a staff of seventeen in one of Los Angeles’ most respected gourmet food shops.
